How do I use OTC?

What is OTC?

  • List any size tranches of any Polygon Network ERC20 token for sale!

  • Peer-to-peer trading of any ERC20 token, including DARK and CZDIAMOND, without dumping on AMM liquidity pools

    • DARK has no transaction fee when traded OTC (0% vs. 16.66% when selling to AMM)

    • Fee-free forever for all house tokens

  • Buy/sell HUGE orders with ZERO price impact

  • "Dark pools" at big discounts!

  • Seller deposits tokens and places order, buyers can execute any order

  • The fees on non-native tokens (see below) will be used to provide AMM support for DARK (50%) and distributed to CZDIAMOND stakers (50%).

Why OTC?

  • Not dependent on AMM liquidity levels

  • Transfer HUGE token volumes with no price impact

  • Creates profitable arbitrage opportunities for traders

  • Enables trustless trading within projects' social communities

Who can use OTC?

  • Anyone who wants to buy/sell tokens

  • Token communities that want transfer ability without AMM price impact

  • Can facilitate presales and supplementary sales of any ERC20 token

    • Can be used as a "fair launch" method that is actually fair (uniform price)

OTC Fees

Our unique on-chain OTC system has a few different fees:

Flat deal creation and top-up fee: .01 MATIC

Flat buying fee: .001 MATIC

Deal volume fee: 0.12% of transferred tokens

  • Buys and sells using whitelisted tokens are exempted from the deal volume fee. Whitelisted tokens include DARK, CZDIAMOND, and select partner tokens.
