Presale Procedures

• There will be two presale contracts: one that accepts MYFRIENDS and one that accepts ARCADIUM

• MYFRIENDS and ARCADIUM Presale

  • 48 hours, begins just as MYFRIENDS and ARCADIUM farming ends

  • Send MYFRIENDS or ARCDIUM to a presale contract on our website and receive BOTH PDARK and PCZDIAMOND in a set ratio

  • Swap lasts only 48 hours, after which MYFRIENDS and ARCADIUM are no longer supported

    • Everyone is instructed to complete all MYFRIENDS and ARCADIUM trades and presale swaps before this deadline

    • We believe that this solution is better than keeping previous layer tokens around while not giving you the real Layer 3 ownership and farm tokens

• Liquidity Transfer

  • First step: just after MYFRIENDS and ARCADIUM swap period ends

    • All swapped and otherwise recoverable MYFRIENDS and ARCADIUM tokens will be sold to the AMM

    • If the lock period on the Layer 2 liquidity tokens has expired, they will be pulled and removed for funds

  • Second step: Assessment of available funds and assignment of liquidity numbers

• Liquidity Provision

  • Approx. 1 hour before swap from Layer 3 presale tokens to farming tokens

  • Liquidity prices: To be decided based on final Market Cap of Layer 2 tokens at the end of the swap period

    • Unused tokens that were designated for liquidity will be held for partnerships

  • Liquidity amount:

    • 100% of the recovered amount up to $375k and an equivalent value in tokens (CZDIAMOND + DARK)

    • Any liquidity funds recovered beyond the original $375k USDC may be either used for liquidity or reinvested into the farm

• Swap from PDARK and PCZDIAMOND to DARK and CZDIAMOND (from Layer 3 presale to farming tokens)

  • Approx. 12 hours after end of swap period from Layer 2 tokens to Presale 3 tokens

    • Trade all Presale 3 tokens for farm tokens

    • 1 hour after liquidity is added

• Farming start

  • 24 hours after swap from Presale 3 tokens to DARK and CZDIAMOND
