# ARCADIUM Token

### **ARCADIUM Token**

The **ARCADIUM** token is **Stadium Arcadium**'s farming token, and it is rewarded by all staking and liquidity pools.

**Benefits**:

* 25% of all deposit fees are automatically used to provide liquidity support for **ARCADIUM**
* Beginning in L3, 50% of all dApp income will also be used to provide AMM support for the farming token
* **ARCADIUM** will be directly swappable for Layer 3 tokens!

**Transaction Fee:**

* A 6.66% transfer tax is deducted from each **ARCADIUM** token transfer, depending on whether the sale is to an automated market maker (AMM) pool:
  * 3% automatically provides automated market making (AMM) support for **ARCADIUM**
  * 3% goes to **MYFRIENDS** stakers
  * 0.66% is burned
* An additional 2% "**Asshole Fee**" is charged for dumping tokens on the AMM liquidity pool
  * Community members are requested to sell their tokens over-the-counter (OTC)
  * There will be no excuse not to comply with this request in Layer 3, when we release our on-chain OTC engine
* Several "**Non-Asshole**" actions are exempted from all transfer fees:
  * Staking and unstaking in all **Stadium Arcadium** pools
  * Liquidity token formation and destruction
    * Our special helper contract must be used to obtain the exemption for adding/removing LP
    * The helper contract will be linked on our website
  * Market buying (LP pair, 'from' direction only)
  * Sending to Layer 3 presale contract

Distribution of 325,000-ARCADIUM starting supply:

* 0 directly to creators (creators receive a 50% share of their allocated **ARCADIUM** based on their staked **MYFRIENDS** for partnerships)
* 0 infrastructure
* 250,000 to the public (**LITHIUM** + **USDC** Presales), according to a LITHIUM price peg taken 4-6 hours before the end of LITHIUM farming
* 25,000 Partnerships (any not used for partnerships will be burned)
* 50,000 initial liquidity (any not used for initial liquidity will be moved to partnerships)

  * 75% of the deposit fees are distributed directly and immediately to MYFRIENDS stakers
* Rapidly tapers down emissions after the initial rapid phase
* Increases emissions linearly towards the end, reducing changes in daily % supply expansion 
* Provides more rapid compensation of deposit fees with only a temporally isolated impact on overall emissions
