• Everything we do is extremely high quality, and our infrastructural costs have been significant

  • A presale provides an established budget for marketing, partnerships, and all levels of further development. We will be extremely well equipped for our buildout if the presale sells out

• We need large early liquidity pools for two tokens

  • This time, we need to provide not one but two early liquidity pools

  • A presale allows the provision of much more early liquidity than would be possible otherwise

    • 50% of raised USDC + equivalent notional token value

    • That would be the most initial liquidity of any shitfarm ever, as far as we are aware

  • Liquidity tokens will be locked until after farming ends

  • Liquidity funds will be claimed after Layer 2 --> Layer 3 swap period and transferred to Layer 3 ownership contract

• We prefer that all new Layer 2 entrants pay the same price initially
